Adam had his first exposure to the East Asian Medical field and acupuncture at the age of 11 while suffering from post traumatic migraines and it was through this system of medicine that, once treatment began, his migraines quickly resolved. Adam is a 2011 graduate of the NY College of Health Professions where he received the award for clinical excellence during his internship and holds a dual masters degree in acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine. In 2011, he began extensive post graduate studies with Dr. Stephen Jackowicz, an expert in Classical Chinese medicine. Since 2015, Adam has completed several theoretical and clinical internships at Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine located in Shenyang, China. Adam is fluent in Mandarin.
Adam is committed to a holistic approach to healthcare and prides himself on being extraordinarily thorough with each and every patient. He utilizes aspects of all four pillars of East Asian Medicine (EAM) to treat the entire person rather than only addressing the symptoms. He has also been an avid practitioner of martial arts since 2004.
